Ringette BC Game Sheet Template

All blocks are to be completed for accurate record keeping. Remember to write legibly. 

To be completed by Home Team Manager prior to the start of game:

-Home and Visitor Team Association Name
-Division (U10, U12, U14 FO, U16 FO, U19 FO, Open, U14 Zone, U16 Zone)
-Category (League game or exhibition)
-Location (Arena or City Name)
-Game Number (Found on TORL site)
-Date
-League - TORL 
-Tournament (if applicable)
-Bench Staff
-Home Colour of jersey
-Jersey Numbers of all players
-Names of all players
-Mark Goalies, Captains, Assistants and all player pick ups clearly

*Home manager will then pass the game sheet onto Visitor Team manager

To be completed by Visitor Team Manager prior to the start of the game:

-Bench Staff
-Home Colour of jersey
-Jersey Numbers of all players
-Names of all players
-Mark Goalies, Captains, Assistants and all player pick ups clearly

*At start of the game, Scorekeeper should verify information has been completed for both home and visitor team. If any missing information, verify with the officials. 

-Scorekeeper will complete the game sheet

-Record time game starts

-Goal information
     -Per - Period 1 or 2
     -Goal - Jersey number 
     -Assists - Jersey number
     -Time - time of goal scored on score clock

-Penalty Information
     -Per - Period 1 or 2
     -No - Jersey Number
     -Served by - Jersey number
     -Min - length of penalty
     -Reason - choose from penalty codes at bottom of game sheet and input the corresponding number
     -Time Off - Time on score clock penalty was served
     -Time Start - Time on score clock when penalty started
     -Time Finish - Time on score clock when penalty finished
     -Time Out - Time on score clock when player re-entered ice

-If a time out is called, record time out information 

After the completion of the game:

-Scorekeeper will indicate the time game finished

-Summarize number of goals for both home and visitor team

-Summarize total penalty minutes for both home and visitor team

-Provide game sheet to officials for signatures
-Ensure shot clock operator, timekeeper and scorekeeper have signed their names clearly.
